La Mezza di Aurisina (also known as Maratonina del Carso or, in Slovene, Mali maraton Nabrežina) is a half marathon road race held annually in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region in the north-eastern part of Italy.
The start and the finish are in the village of Aurisina (Slovene: Nabrežina) which is situated about six kilometres from the Italy-Slovenia border and fifteen kilometres from the city centre of Trieste.
The route runs out and back across the Karst plateau. The course is undulating.
As far as we know, the event was last held on Sunday 5 October 2014.
