The Hochpustertal Run is a cross-border running event that begins in Italy and ends in Austria.

It is held each summer in the Hochpustertal, the eastern part of the Pustertal (Italian: Val Pusteria), a 100km-long valley in the Tyrol region in the Alps.

The 12km Classic Run follows the asphalt cycle route that connects Italy's autonomous province of South Tyrol (where most people speak German as a first language) with Austria's province of East Tyrol.

The route drops 89 metres in elevation, starting at 1,188 metres above sea level in the resort of Innichen (Italian: San Candido) and finishing at an elevation of 1,099 metres in the small town of Sillian.
