The Běh o 106 is an uphill trail running race held annually since 2015 in the Krušné hory (Ore Mountains) in the Czech Republic.

The race is 6.6km long, starting at an elevation of about 600 metres at the Lázeňské centrum Agricola (Spa Centre Agricola) in the old spa and mining town of Jáchymov (pictured above) and finishing on the summit of Klínovec (1,244m), the highest mountain of the Krušné hory, located on the border with Germany:
