Udine (Italy), Easter Monday 17 April 2017
The Cormorana invites runners and hikers to spend Easter Monday in a lovely corner of the Province of Udine in north-eastern Italy.
Four undulating multi-terrain routes are on offer, approximately 7km, 13km, 21km and 30km long.
All routes begin and end in the Parco del Cormor, a public park that is situated about five kilometres from the beautiful historic centre of the city of Udine.
Participants run (or walk) northwards along the River Cormor and through charming countryside, mostly on trails and gravel roads and partly on asphalt roads.
There's no need to prepare specifically for the event. The Cormorana is a non-competitive event without timekeeping or results lists. It's a fun run and walk for all ages and abilities.
You can start off at any time between 8am and 10am (7.30am for 30k runners), and you can still decide on the course which route you want to take.
